Glass is however an unpredictable medium and is occasionally flawed when manufactured. The fitting of window film will normally have no effect on the glass but if flaws exist then breakage can occur spontaneously. Reflecta will always carry out a detailed survey of the glass before installation and Bekaert’s guarantee only covers the glass if it is found the application of the film has caused any failure.
The Guarantee does not include damage caused to the film by the customer, 3rd parties or mishap from unforeseen sources. This includes not following any care or post installation instructions
